KindCurrent is a tenant management platform that helps landlords automate rent reminders and track payment history. Our service includes automated email notifications, payment tracking, and reporting features.

3. Email Communication Authorization

By using our service, you explicitly grant us permission and authority to:
  • Send automated rent reminder emails to your tenants on your behalf
  • Send manual late payment notices and follow-up communications
  • Use your provided tenant email addresses for service-related communications
  • Include your information as the sender in tenant communications

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to provide tenant email addresses
  • You have authority to send communications to these tenants
  • All tenant information provided is accurate and lawfully obtained

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Ensure you have proper landlord-tenant relationships with all added tenants

5. Subscription and Payment

Our service requires a monthly subscription of $2. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees when due
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription
  • Immediate cancellation rights without penalty
  • No refunds for partial months

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service to:

  • Send illegal, threatening, or harassing communications
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Email Delivery and Limitations

While we strive for reliable email delivery, we cannot guarantee that all emails will be delivered or received. Email delivery depends on various factors including recipient email providers, spam filters, and internet connectivity.

8. Data Ownership and Privacy

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.
