Getting Started

Rent Reminder is a comprehensive tenant management platform designed for landlords. It automatically sends rent reminders to your tenants 5 days before and on the due date, tracks payment history, and helps you manage your rental properties efficiently. Simply add your tenants' information, and the system handles the rest.

After registering and subscribing, go to your dashboard and click "Add New Tenant." Fill in their name, email, rent amount, due date (day of the month), and optionally add a payment link. Click save, and they'll start receiving automated reminders.

You can explore the platform and add tenant information on the homepage, but to save data and use automated reminders, you'll need an active subscription. Our monthly plan is just $2/month with no setup fees or long-term commitments.

Billing & Plans

Rent Reminder costs just $2 per month. This includes unlimited tenants, automated reminders, payment tracking, late payment memory, CSV exports, and all premium features. There are no setup fees, hidden costs, or long-term contracts.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure Stripe payment processor. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Yes! Rent Reminder maintains complete payment history for each tenant, including on-time payments, late payments, and payment status changes. You can view detailed payment records, edit entries with notes, and export comprehensive reports in CSV format.

No worries! We have a 5-minute "undo" window for payment status changes. You can also edit any payment record later with notes and corrections. The system maintains a complete audit trail of all changes.

You can add unlimited tenants to your account. Whether you have 1 tenant or 100, the price remains the same at $2/month with full access to all features for every tenant.

Absolutely! You can export comprehensive CSV reports that include tenant information, payment history, communication logs, and detailed audit trails. Export data for all tenants or individual tenant reports.

Yes! Our "late payment memory system" permanently tracks when a payment was ever late, even if it's later marked as paid. This gives you valuable insights into tenant payment patterns over time.
